They did a diagnostic and then gave me the results with the cost of what it would be to do the work. Not good with auto repair terms but it had something to do with valve cover gaskets. On time with the service but more importantly, no more money than the estimate and a guarantee that cannot be beat. I am beyond appreciative of the service and I am confident in their work. The shop is clean, the mechanics were polite and I heartily recommend this shop. Best car repair experience ever.
